UK Delivery Terms

*Large goods (e.g. tubes or bulkier items) have a shipping charge of £7.99 +VAT, due to higher carrier costs (surcharge may apply to Isle of Wight or Isle of Man large goods deliveries). Some goods over 4ft may be sent on 48Hr express service.

For deliveries to Europe and Rest of World allow a little longer. Prices as follows:

Note: we wont ship tube lengths >5ft overseas, unless part of a large order - call to make arrangements. Also, we cant ship emergency packs (batteries) overseas via Royal Mail.

If your country destination is not shown, weight exceeds 10kg, or you can suggest a cheaper delivery solution, please contact us at at sales@novelenergylighting.com or call 0208-540-8287 to agree shipping charge and time. We'll work with you to find the best and cheapest solution - we're not in the shipping business, we just want to get the goods to you!

- Delivery times quoted above can vary depending on stock availability and delivery location. 
- We know that unexpected things happen and there might be an instance when you can't be there to receive your delivery. In these cases, the courier will leave a note with shipment reference number and contact details for you to arrange re-delivery or collect from their depot.
